Danielle was born in Amsterdam to the heavy metal couple Brianna and Theo Zwart. You'd think that metal kinds are obnoxious, but Danielle had always been the opposite: quiet and shy. Her parents got divorced when Danielle was very young, and Danielle stayed with her mother. Even though her dad died when she was little, her mother always told stories about her dad and shared his pictures, keeping the memory of him alive. She was a lot like her dad: polite and reserved, interested in playing drums and becoming a police agent one day.
As a child she loved gymnastics and ballet and once she turned 13 years old, she stopped following her mom around the world and settled down in London, with her sister Melody. She enrolled to a ballet school, made friends and fell in love for the first time. She was in a relationship with Đorđe for almost ten years, but after not hearing from him for a couple of years, she decided to end the relationship. She moved to Amsterdam and decided to focus on her career by joining Dutch national football team.
In Y87 she met Jason Leon, who was a chef at her cooking class. They dated for a while and after a year they got engaged, but never got married: because of his behavior Danielle ended their relationship in Y89.
In Y93 Danielle died after a surfing accident, but was brought back to life in Y101. She went to meet Melody, and found her kissing with Đorđe. Danielle was broken to find out the love of her live kissing her sister. He tried fixing it, but she couldn't agree upon his terms and they broke up for good. She settled down in Amsterdam again, continued her football career and became Chief Justice of Amsterdam, completing her childhood dreams of working for justice.
On her birthday in Year 111 she married a fellow Amsterdammer, a football-enthousiast Glenn van der Wetering, after their daughter was born months prior to it. In Y116 she became Miss Amsterdam, but completely lost the Miss World contest, since she's not an alcoholic and the competition was all about drinking.
